Starter kits and playbooks built from what customers actually get stuck on.

The queue tells us which builds fail and which integrations generate tickets. We turn that into accelerators that cut generation cost and articles that deflect the questions you see most.

  • Built from top ticket drivers
  • Ten-day acceptance against your brief
  • Kits, playbooks and help-centre as work product

Measured impact

Fewer attempts. Lower token cost. Higher deflection.

Why this exists

The same fix, every week — never turned into a starting point

Every AI builder has a long tail of builds the model gets almost right. Customers retry, tickets open, tokens burn. The fix is usually the same each time.

Without a team that sees both the tickets and the platform, nobody turns that repeated fix into a reusable starting point.

What we build

What's included

Accelerators and content produced from the queue — not from a content calendar.

Starter kits and accelerators

Reusable application templates built on your platform to a brief you issue (category, use case, features, integrations, data model, acceptance criteria), using only platform capabilities and your conventions. Delivered per kit: the working kit in your environment; the prompt sequences and configuration steps used to generate it; a structured description of components, data model and integration points in your format; test cases demonstrating acceptance criteria; a change log.

Integration playbooks

Verified step-by-step guides for the integrations that generate the most tickets — payments, authentication, databases, CRM, email — maintained per release.

Knowledge base and help centre

Articles, tutorials and troubleshooting guides written from ticket data and ranked by ticket frequency.

Support macros and runbooks

Canned responses, resolution runbooks and decision trees for your internal team.

Tutorial and product video

Screen-recorded walkthroughs and feature explainers.

Localisation

Kits, playbooks and articles in Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, German and Japanese.

Operating model

How it runs

01Prioritised backlog

You maintain a prioritised backlog of kit briefs and may re-prioritise on 5 business days' notice. A solutions squad of certified engineers builds to the brief.

02Build and acceptance

Acceptance within 10 business days against the criteria; non-conformances remedied within 5; after two remediation cycles a rejected kit carries no fee. No third-party code, assets or content without your written licence approval; everything disclosed in the change log.

03Help-centre cadence

Help-centre content is proposed monthly from the top ticket drivers and written after your approval.

Sample deliverable

A kit specification: brief summary, component map, data model, integration points, prompt sequence excerpt, test case list and change log entry.

Median attempts to a working build on the kit-covered categories went from 4.2 to 2.1 in a quarter. That's a token bill we can see.
