Pricing Model
A model, not a rate card.
Three components, one rule, and a worked example with the sliders set to your numbers.
Context
Why a model
Seat pricing pays for idle people. Pure per-ticket pricing leaves the queue unstaffed in a quiet month and the vendor unmotivated to reduce tickets. Revenue share alone ignores the support load.
The combination protects both sides and rewards the outcomes you care about: resolution and expansion.
